Fun Facts about Me
When you type my first name “Sishi,” it is often autocorrected to “Sushi.”
“Sishi” is hard to pronounce even for some native Chinese speakers.
“Sishi,” in Chinese (思诗), accidentally summarizes the dialogue of thinking and poetry by the German philosopher Martin Heidegger (1959):
All reflective thinking is poetic.
My parents didn’t know who Heidegger was when naming me, though.
